Should have held a managerial position and handled multiple projects simultaneously. Exposure to ISO ERP & Project management Software essential. Previous experience and achievements in executing time bound and cost saving projects will be added advantage. |

B.E. (Civil) with min. 7yrs exp. in constn. of Residential / Commercial buildings, should also have exp. with Electrical, Plumbing and Labour Management. |
